This creates a life-threatening haza…rd to anyone entering the water. We’re flying Double Red Flags to warn of the dangers. It is illegal to enter the water under these conditions. Violators can face $500 fines and/or criminal charges. We will continue to evaluate conditions and change to single red if and when it becomes safe to do so.
